Design revision

A built-in cabinet with wooden doors and a coffee counter on top, wrapped around a small freezer and a wine fridge. All sizes in inches. Drag the model to orbit it.

Appliances

Freezer: Koolatron KTUF88 as listed by Best Buy Canada. Wine fridge: Vissani VSB36MS2F28 (3.6 cu ft) as listed by Home Depot Canada. It is freestanding and the listing gives no ventilation clearances, so check the manual.

The model opens in AR Quick Look at full size (1:1). Point the iPhone camera at the floor, move slowly, then drag the model against the wall.

Save the model. Tap "Save AR model" on your iPhone. It is saved as a .zip file.
Rename it. In the Files app, press and hold the file, choose Rename and change .zip to .usdz.
Open it. Tap the file, then tap the AR button. Allow the camera when asked.

"Save AR model" is the design as of this version: 60 1/2″ wide × 30″ deep, counter 45″ high. "Export current design" builds a file from your latest changes.

How it is built

Use "Boxes only" on the 3D view to hide the wood and see the white carcass and the base.

Position on counter

Counter height

Standing work surfaces usually sit a few inches below your elbow, which is about 63% of your height. Pouring and filling want it lower, button work wants it near elbow. Pick an option to try it.

Turn it on to see the unit placed on your photo. Drag to slide it sideways, scroll to resize it, and use the sliders to match the photo's perspective. Line the floor and the black sideboard up first. Then turn on the stair below and adjust it until the grey stair matches the real one.

Under the stairs

From your plan: the stair runs along the glass, about 135″ (3.4 m) long, rising 120″ (3.05 m) between the second and third floors. Those figures are scaled from the plan screenshot, so check them with a tape. "Unit offset" is the distance from the bottom end of the stair to the right edge of the counter.

Power

The cabinet stands in front of a glass wall, so there is no wall behind it to take an outlet. The fridges need steady power, and the espresso machine draws most of a 15 A circuit on its own. Pick a plan and press Power on the 3D view to see the cords and the feed.

Freezer size sources: Best Buy Canada (21 W × 33.75 H × 19.75 D). Staples and Greentoe list about 19.75 W × 21 D × 32.5 H, so measure the unit.
